Short-Term Rehab

Glendora provides in-patient rehabilitative care for a wide range of diagnosis and needs. After an illness, injury or elective surgery; our experienced therapy team will strive to get you back to your previous level of functioning as quickly as possible.

Our therapy team is an outstanding group of experienced and compassionate individuals that provide one-on-one care and attention often lost in the shuffle of a larger facility. The therapy department at Glendora Health Care Center has the ability to use different modalities in conjunction with therapy to ensure every resident is reaching their maximum potential.

Our Physical, Occupational and Speech therapy provides excellent interventions to encourage strength building, endurance and independence. They are committed to treating the whole person’s medical, physical, social and spiritual needs. Glendora’s therapy team offers diathermy, ultrasound and electrical stimulation in addition to therapy services up to 7 days per week. Therapies are focused to embrace the ability to re-establish optimal function by reducing pain, increasing strength, coordination, balance, mobility and endurance, improving speech and cognition as well as promoting safety.

Glendora offers additional in-house services to our residents. We have a number of specialists who regularly visit the facility including Audiologist, Optometry, Podiatry, Dentistry and Psychology.
